Rainy works 16-hour days in maintenance and custodial at the University of Oregon and Lane Community College to make ends meet. She is unfailingly positive and upbeat. Despite her love for her jobs, she recognizes that her current workload is unsustainable and poses questions about a larger wealth inequality issue in the United States.
